I had a very bad experience with an agency that scammed me out of a lot of money to pay for their services with promises they didn't keep and to this day I have not recovered financially. One day, I get a call from Prime Seven Media and at first, I thought it would be more of the same, but listening to their agents Anna, Steve and Luna, I immediately realized that this was something else and that they wanted to help get my book (bestseller on Amazon 2020) go ahead! So I trusted them and there I am in the first stage of promotion since later I will go for the interview and my final dream: to see my books in the bookstore windows! Wonderful Experience Being a first-time author I was confused and nervous about the whole process. The team at Primeseven listened to my needs and designed the book and interior layout exactly the way I wanted. They are very quick to respond to emails and promptly respond to any queries or concerns. Happy to see my vision become a reality. EDIT: Since my book was made available on amazon, I have not received any royalties, also I found out that the royalties are calculated on wholesale prices while customers pay full price After publishing with PrimeSeven media. Lately the team have stopped replying to my emails and queries. I was assured on the phone before I paid in full that the team will help and support for advertising on pubic platforms and arrange TV/radio interview, but nothing of the sort has been done. I feel a total lack of transparency and professionalism and I have lost my money.
