The people at Prime Seven Media worked with me with practice interviews for weeks before to make sure the setting at home and lighting was good ( zoom meeting ) and to get me comfortable with the process. Wonderful Experience Being a first-time author I was confused and nervous about the whole process. The team at Primeseven listened to my needs and designed the book and interior layout exactly the way I wanted. They are very quick to respond to emails and promptly respond to any queries or concerns. Happy to see my vision become a reality. EDIT: Since my book was made available on amazon, I have not received any royalties, also I found out that the royalties are calculated on wholesale prices while customers pay full price After publishing with PrimeSeven media. Lately the team have stopped replying to my emails and queries. I was assured on the phone before I paid in full that the team will help and support for advertising on pubic platforms and arrange TV/radio interview, but nothing of the sort has been done. I feel a total lack of transparency and professionalism and I have lost my money.
