Very inexperienced publisher I have had nothing but problems with prime seven media grammar and spelling and the price is not what I agreed to top that off they won’t answer my emails it’s been almost five months since publication and I have no idea what sales or views the book has generated

EDIT: Since my book was made available on amazon, I have not received any royalties, also I found out that the royalties are calculated on wholesale prices while customers pay full price After publishing with PrimeSeven media. Lately the team have stopped replying to my emails and queries. I was assured on the phone before I paid in full that the team will help and support for advertising on pubic platforms and arrange TV/radio interview, but nothing of the sort has been done. I feel a total lack of transparency and professionalism and I have lost my money.
