Very inexperienced publisher I have had nothing but problems with prime seven media grammar and spelling and the price is not what I agreed to top that off they won’t answer my emails it’s been almost five months since publication and I have no idea what sales or views the book has generated

The people at Prime 7 media have been… The people at Prime 7 media have been doing exactly what they said they would from the start. They would give me a gentle nudge when I needed it to finish an edit and they encouraged my writing throughout the whole process. I can write a novel, but I am not good at marketing. They have got a TV interview for me and a press release that will hopefully get people to buy my book and enjoy it. This has been an amazing process!

I was very nervous but, the show was awesome . I was very nervous, fidgety, my first time recently. The color, technical, sound, and everything was a great presentation. Wonderful Experience Being a first-time author I was confused and nervous about the whole process. The team at Primeseven listened to my needs and designed the book and interior layout exactly the way I wanted. They are very quick to respond to emails and promptly respond to any queries or concerns. Happy to see my vision become a reality. EDIT: Since my book was made available on amazon, I have not received any royalties, also I found out that the royalties are calculated on wholesale prices while customers pay full price After publishing with PrimeSeven media. Lately the team have stopped replying to my emails and queries. I was assured on the phone before I paid in full that the team will help and support for advertising on pubic platforms and arrange TV/radio interview, but nothing of the sort has been done. I feel a total lack of transparency and professionalism and I have lost my money.
