GBNot a Legitimate Company D+ Better Business Bureau Rating I want to express my serious concerns about the company in question, which appears to be operated by individuals engaging in fraudulent practices. My experience with this company has been marked by a complete lack of service delivery, extensive delays, a constant rotation of account representatives, and a clear focus on upselling. The trouble began when the company charged my credit card a substantial sum of $2250.00 for services that I never requested or authorized. Initially, they claimed this was done in error and assured me that they had terminated the project managers responsible. However, I later discovered that this termination was a false claim. Over the course of more than two months, I have been diligently attempting to have my credit card properly credited for this unauthorized charge. Instead of resolving the issue, the company has repeatedly credited my account only to charge it again on the same day. This pattern has occurred multiple times, causing great frustration and financial inconvenience. When I contacted them, they apologized and promised to provide me with a letter or email stating that they would credit the specific credit card ending with the last 4 digits. Shockingly, they did just that, but then proceeded to credit my credit card and charge me once again. This cycle continued without resolution. My research into the company revealed troubling information. It appears to be a shell company with individuals from India using common Western names like Brian and Steve, along with Google phone numbers. This discovery strongly suggests that the company is operating with deceptive intent. In my experience, it became increasingly evident that this company is engaged in fraudulent activities. I suspect that the positive reviews and testimonials claiming the company's excellence may be fabricated by individuals who are part of the scam or posted by their own employees. Go to any book site and find more than 4 books published by Olympia Book Writing, yes they send you links of authors that too is a little sketchy. I am sharing this information as a warning to others who may consider engaging with this company. They are scammers, just because they say the have offices in California and Chicago means that they are legit. BBB Rating & Accreditation D+BBB rating THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED

GBIf I could put 0 I would WARNING SCAMMED OUT OF SAVINGS Please please please STOP and read this truthful review and DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY....... If you look at the good reports on here its from brand new authors who have just been offered the world. Read through the people at the end of the process and you'll see the real review. This company will promise you the world, take your money and not deliver on their promises. I published my 1st book with this company last year. The process was a long tiring one with you having to constantly chase. I sent in my book and illustrations and they were happy to snap my book up, but stated that my illustrations were not polished enough which is fair enough as I didn't have a fancy iPad pro. They charged me £3,000 for the package which included professional illustrations, editing and promotion. The illustrations came back which I was happy with although they only really copied my pictures digitally, fortunately I kept the Copyright. (thank god for small mercy's) Editing well I think my 8 year old could've done a better job. They were not even looked at, double words, small grammatical errors, which is what you pay an editor for. There was no editing done at all, as it was the same when I compared it against my submission. Then It came to, publishing day and promotion. I got one video showing a book in front of a flower pot in someone's house on FB, Twitter and Insta and that was it. I was promised radio, and readings and lots of promotional work which never happened. I did question this and they said they were short staffed. Not my problem, give me a refund then? and nothing. I did all my own promotions and set up my own literary festival work and readings. I have just got my first royalty statement what an absolute joke. I had sold 29 copies of my own promotion and got £17 in royalties. So £3k layout and £17 back. They have not stuck to their side of the contract and are living off scamming new authors. I have put a complaint in to trading standards. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE. You are better off going to KDP Amazon publishing which costs nothing so you have nothing to lose.
