I never quite knew whether the difficulties I experienced (long gaps waiting for next chapters to review for approval, lack of responses to questions, and a few technical difficulties accessing editing) were 'normal for book processing' or just inefficiency. Thanks to his timely responses, clear advise/suggestions, and prompt actions, my book is now available on Amazon/Kindle! Would I use Amazon Publishing Hub again? Yes, I think I would.

For such a fantastic service I think they could easily be charging twice as much but they don't and that makes it accessible to aspiring writers. The service is worth more than what you pay Revision for many times in both proofreading, formatting, and book cover. It is satisfactory. When I paid $800 as upfront costs, it is a lot to me and I never work with this company. Feel worried to pay someone online. Worry if this would be a scam or any dishonesty. But in the past seven months, we worked together and communicated for many times to make the book complete and published. It is amazing! I would say the effort the whole team has spent could worth far more than $800. Most of us earn more than $800 in two weeks but they spent over half a year. Very nice service.
