I am very pleased with that aspect and would have given a 5-star review if it ended there. However, I became quite fed up with the pushy sales tactics. They were continuously trying to get me to buy more services, which I politely declined every time. At the tail end of the process, they were trying to push me to write a review before the process was completed. I recommend that when a customer has asked for a service and has politely declined to add anything else, they accept the answer and move on. I know it is a very competitive industry, but pushy sales are an incredible turn-off for me in any industry.
