On November 8th and 9th this year, I paid the readsy company $1,000 for a video trailer as part of a marketing campaign. A gentleman named Sam Marcus processed my payment. We communicated more by text than phone calls or emails. Just a few weeks ago, Mr Marcus gave me his primary or personal phone number, and then by text, Dec. 8-9, he solicited a second $1,000 fee for the same video trailer. Which I did not enter into. It is very difficult to believe that it was simply a temporary lapse of memory by Mr Marcus. Can you help me with this issue? Sincerely, Ray D Brown
