My agreement: 8 children's books published before Thanksgiving to capture Xmas sales. It took from 10/23 to 12/15/2023. My plan included formatting/layout, proofreading, unlimited revisions, print integrations & kdp publishing. This is my 1st indie author publishing experience. It has been heartbreaking for me. I watched all my hard work be dismantled by constant errors. For example, my editor was published as my illustrator. As my proofreader (with access to MY BOWKERS ISBN#s & MY barcodes) they did no proofreading. They published ALL 8 of my books with NO subtitles. None of my back cover QR codes work. None of my 8 barcodes have prices. Before I knew they were not the real AMAZON, I paid for 4 additional books with upgraded art. The level of disorganization, chaos, and revisions with the first 8 books was so stressful I couldn't take anymore. I canceled the 4 book order the first week in December. Its Jan 16th, Daniel Green, Harry Brooks, Joe Phil, & Frank Cooper have all ignored my refund requests. They want to offer me more services instead of a refund. Since they have not fixed the 8 books, I can't trust them to do anything else. They call and make so many empty promises begging me to change my mind. They've offered to make me a website but it was my website I already started. They didn't finish it. They offered book launches and social media ads. This is the second time they have made these same offers and still nothing is done. So many empty promises that even they can't keep up with them. I thought this was a business. I just expected them to do correctly what they sold me. Since their 1/10/24 call, I wait for the status of the book corrections with no reply. While the Amazon algorithms' buries books like mine that have no reviews. As a doctor of education, my books speak of my reputation and credibility. What they have done is an embarrassment for me. I told them, this is what is on the line for me. Please AMZ Book Publishing Solutions, what you are doing is wrong. I need the services for the 8 books I paid for done with some integrity. AMZ Book Publishing Solutions, when a customer cancels an order, it’s canceled. Reputable businesses do a refund in days not weeks. AMZ Book Publishing Solutions, would rather be sued than give a refund.
