If I could give less then 1 star I… If I could give less then 1 star I would. No communication No Author's portal to check any progress. Your supposed to get a team working with you. But what you get is a Facebook messenger reply. Normally prices are in the $300 range and up. But they do have specials at $99. That I will never get back. I sent them pdfs of my manuscript. There 1st draft was to send me exactly what I sent them. No creative input or review. The second draft. I edited, and still no review or advice. But after the second draft. Aka "final draft " you move on without any feedback to illustrations where they are prompt to charge. But that's where I stopped. With no reviews professionally. I'm not paying for unknown progress. So I feel that I got totally scammed. And it's a learning experience. So beware of the awesome promises. Even when I said I have zero faith in them. There was absolutely no offer about even a partial refund. They just said " Noted and Thanks.." total scam
