Disappointed Subscriber
GBI paid for two-year subscription to… I paid for two-year subscription to South Magazine for my wife as a surprise Christmas gift. To my great disappointment, my wife received a Christmas card from South Magazine about weeks prior to Christmas day telling her about the upcoming subscription. There goes my surprise for her! Whose idea was this? This was really an inappropriate thing to do!

GBso relevant to the area Saw your magazine in the doctors office, did not take it, decided I would order a subscription, was little difficult to figure out, but I was determined. The magazine was beautiful and I enjoyed it immensely...hopefully will feel the same when it arrives at my home.

GBI paid for a year digital subscription… I paid for a year digital subscription and could only access 29 pages of the issue. Customer Service contacted me to fix the issue
