However, the way the cutouts fold out make it difficult for one parent to make the shadows and read at the same time. You need two hands for the cut out portion of the book alone. Additionally, though the cut outs are excellent, the stories are poorly written.

CAAn amazing experience OMG!!! That’s how I want to start my review for this absolutely amazing book. It’s such a joy to read it and to play with it. Even though I bought it for our kids I myself (as a woman who once was a girl looking for mysteries and fairytales in every day life) enjoyed it immensely. It’s very user friendly and if you are not in the mood to tell the whole story yourself you can just turn on the audio version of the book that you can very easily open using QR code. If your kids are old enough they can use it too or maybe you will let them tell their own version of “Nutracker”, just to see where their imagination take you. All my family absolutely loved this experience and I’m sure we will read and play with this book many times. The shadow book helps you to create memories your kids won’t forget. I wish I had something like this when I was little. If you are looking for something that brings a joy in your life and at the same time you want to share it with your family - this book is a right choice.

GBartistic excellence meets childhood imagination! This is a unique idea yet brings back happy memories of a hand shadow book that my parents (I am 75) used when I was a child. I love that all children can see it at the same time, and it is a shared experience. Imagination is a treasured gift and I love to create opportunities for my grandchildren to use their minds and find joy. I am thrilled at the artistic excellence of the book. Thank you for creating this!

GBA sweet Halloween gift I got the Halloween story last year for you grandchildren. It was a fun way that I could celebrate with them though I don’t see them on Halloween. I was told that they enjoyed the book a lot. Also, there are many different levels of play and room for imagination with the separate stick shadow puppets, reading the story, looking at the story in shadows. So fun!
