Frustrated It's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to talk to with issues. Since my book is newly published I have been waiting over 3 mths for a reply back from them on my questions. I also had issues with the sale of my book I did leave a message and its been a week since that. I still have heard nothing from them. So at this point i have no alternative but to give a thumbs down...

Quite bad The most insufferable group of people I’ve ever worked with. Iced me out of the process and simply expected me to trust they were doing their job while I kept paying them. They weren’t. Slow as molasses, unpleasant to work with. May this company crumble, all writers would be better off for it.
