He had no argument, frustration, or judgment, which is the way it should be; he only followed what the customer wanted. His team was also great; they did a wonderful job revising the document. Together, they honored their side of the contract. The most important thing is that he did not try to rush to finish ahead of time or before the customer was completely satisfied. I like the end product.

I have just had my first book publishe… I have just had my first book published and let me tell you I had no idea of how to do it.
