Unaccountable and slow They don't explain their figures or how they reached them. BPO Collections is controlled by Prospect Financial Europe Ehf, a parent company that is based in Iceland. The parent company has no significant online presence. They show no proof of who they are acting on behalf of.

This is a scam company This is a scam company. Please do not use this company for transactions. I submitted a payment and the initial payment did not go through. So I tried for a second attempt, literally 4 minutes apart, and then both payments went through. DPO fraud department reached to me to ensure this was not a fraudulent activity. I verified myself and asked for one one payment to go through. Well they cleared both payments and charged the other customer $250 for each transaction, when only one transaction was supposed to go through. And in order for them to refund me the money back, they want to charge the customer another $250. And they claim, there is nothing they can do which is utterly false. Terrible experience. Please DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESSES
