USJust one complaint The system is so easy to use and it looks great. The few times I have dealt with customer services they were very quick to help. The only issue that I really have is that we have been on the system for about 5 months and my monthly fee just got raised. The price of the fee was one of the reasons I signed up with Datio. I've already purchased the system and I feel locked in because of that investment and now I find out it is more expensive than I had signed on for.

USThere are some elements of the system… Room for Improvement - There are some elements of the system we really like but 1.) software is in need of basic improvements (sales tax, reporting and more) 2.) completely stunned that I couldn't check a customer out because my monthly Datio fee didn't process on my credit card and I was shut down without any notice, also 3.) had to follow up several times before I received a promotional credit.
