Very Smooth Shopping Experience I was a little worried in the beginning since i haven't heard the company before, It turned out to be very smooth experience. As soon as the payment was processed, I immediately received a link to the book download page.

Do not recommend this seller Never able to open the book. I also think I was charged twice.

Order did not turn up Order did not turn up. Alternative of an e-version was not acceptable.

Would Recommend! Good text book - only problem is most of the homework portions are filled out creating a problem for completing my assignments. Edit: After emailing them regarding this the issue was fixed within a week or so and they sent a copy of the updated version. Would highly recommend!
