GBI like it, but one annoying thing. I actually think it is quite useful, but sometimes I enter in a wrong fact and cannot delete the entry. For example if I enter 2006 Deed of Trust, but it was actually a 2007 Assignment of of Deed of Trust I can edit the content, but the heading still says. I typically just delete the whole thing and retype it, but the empty box stays in the form, which is a little distracting. Overall it is a very useful, but that is an annoying little kink.

GBGreat for non-legal work too Although FactBox is primarily marketed to lawyers. It is great for non-legal work too. I use it as an artist and professor for keeping track of images, research, to-do lists and to develop ideas for a project. It beats anything else on the market for these combined functions, including BaseCamp, EverNote, Word or Trello. Even if say something like Trello is better at To-Do lists on its own, nothing combines these functions of product development.

GBI have been a subscriber for over a… I have been a subscriber for over a year - use it when I can - but two things happened - 1 there is no more support links for questions so if it is not in the posted info - you don't get help. 2. It no longer works. I can't upload a source document - which is a critical component for all lawyers - so - it has failed in very important ways. Too bad - as it would otherwise be a decent platform

GBPleased with Fact Box. Could have a few more sorting features and could be a little easier to search, but by and large, a very easy way to keep track of everything you need in a file.

GBExcellent, former Casemap User Much easier than Casemap. The link to pdf and the ability to bookmark to specific pages within the pdfs is incredible. That it is web based means I can review the Fact Box information, including the uploaded documents, on my Ipad. Love the product.
