Monica was there 24/7 working around the clock that task are completed timely professionally with all respect to listen and follow through in a calm, focused and discipline way. In a 5 point out of 5, I give them 5. I highly recommend this organization Book USA to any organization or individual in the USA and globally for book publisher and such services as a first rate organization. It seems that Pen Culture Solutions… It seems that Pen Culture Solutions either are full time scammers or mixture of scammers and book publishers. I paid them to publish my book on 9/8/2023 and they started and shortly after starting their representative (Monica Cruz) rang and advised me that HarperCollins Publisher wants to acquire my book. She even vaguely mentioned that upon successful acquisition HaperCollins may pay upfront USD 100,000 and could pay her Company the similar amount or more. Unbeknown to me that was a scam step up to extort money from me. When I realised that they were trying to scam me and confronted them their representative denied knowing that the HaperCollins person was not real. Shortly thereafter they stopped contacting me. Meanwhile they have gone ahead and published my novel (as far back as September 2023) and I believe that they have continued to keep the proceeds of the sell of my book to themselves. I live in Australia and not sure how to bring to them (in USA) to account or to take my novel off the market. The phone numbers that they have on their Australian website are fake. Can someone please help me out?
