They initially reached out to me for publishing services, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of unethical and unprofessional. Firstly, the company has a history of taking money in advance from clients without delivering on their promises. Despite their claims of 10 years of experience on their website, wthe have been live since 6 months ago, they have failed to demonstrate any tangible results or deliverables. This lack of transparency and honesty raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness as publishers. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that the company's agents are not professional in their conduct. During my interactions with them, I was subjected to inappropriate and unsolicited advances from two agents, which I found to be unacceptable and unprofessional. This behavior not only undermines the company's reputation but also creates an uncomfortable and hostile work environment. Another issue I encountered was the company's lack of communication and feedback on my work. Despite numerous requests for updates and edits, I received no response or feedback from the company. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable and raises questions about their commitment to delivering quality services. Additionally, I found it peculiar that the company operates from a residential area, rather than a dedicated commercial space. This raises concerns about their commitment to their clients and the legitimacy of their business operations. Lastly, when I requested an in-person meeting with the company, I was denied, citing "privacy concerns" for their employees. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to meet with clients in a professional setting is unacceptable and raises questions about their commitment to building trust and relationships with their clients. Based on my experience with Cosmics Publishers, I strongly advise against doing business with them. Their unethical and unprofessional practices, lack of communication and feedback, and unwillingness to meet with clients in a professional setting are all red flags that indicate a lack of commitment to delivering quality services. I urge anyone considering working with them to exercise caution and seek alternative publishing services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every Step of the Way I started working with Cosmics Publishers in October 2023. My first-time novel was more than half finished when I arrived at Cosmics. I did not need ghost writing services as I had recently retired as a high school English teacher, and knew how to write. In working with Brandon Daniel, we focused on editing the last third of my book, formatting, cover design, publication and "organic" sales, so far. I must say, I was beyond ecstatic with the cover design with its eye-catching content that set the stage for what the reader was about to encounter. My novel has been on the market for a couple months now in digital form, paperback and hardback and, so far, all advertising has been on social media platforms (hence the "organic" sales). While sales have been good, it's time to amp up the advertising on various platforms. That is where we are now. Both the publishers and I expect to see a good run in the increased marketing that will lead to increased sales. Brandon Daniel and Alex Martin and his team have patiently walked me through every step from writing to publishing and I am grateful for their team's assistance along the way.

The 3 stars came from the quality of… The 3 stars came from the quality of the work . They did on hand come through with most of the work . The experience started out beautifully . The experience then became a nightmare when i was met with nasty attitude and rude voicemails . I was supposed to be on a monthly payment arrangement . I paid twice a month . But they still pressured me about payments . The had me do a review video before the service was even done . I will not work with them again and would not recommend for low income people who have to make payments . The only thing i can positively say that i love how the book and site came out . Marketing is about non existent.
