The experience then became a nightmare when i was met with nasty attitude and rude voicemails . I was supposed to be on a monthly payment arrangement . I paid twice a month . But they still pressured me about payments . The had me do a review video before the service was even done . I will not work with them again and would not recommend for low income people who have to make payments . The only thing i can positively say that i love how the book and site came out . Marketing is about non existent.

Another issue I encountered was the company's lack of communication and feedback on my work. Despite numerous requests for updates and edits, I received no response or feedback from the company.
