I started working with Jonathan Smith. Jonathan was very helpful in the beginning and gave me detailed information. However, I got tossed around a lot during the process from the editing to final production (copy). I can say that John Ellite who helped me at the very end really new my frustration and did everything possible to make things easier in getting the final product for my book "I Am Not My Scars". I thank him for his patience. Lastly, Alex William was one who came in with my designs for my marketing of the book and initiated a final report once the marketing was complete. I loved the designs, logo, and the technique. My overall experience was okay. John Ellite and Alex William were good at what they do.
