I believe I have been scammed I believe I have been scammed. These people took my money, have delivered "edited" copy that is riddled with errors and clearly shows no knowledge of English and I believe are using the amazon name erroneously. Do not get suckered in the way I did!!

the worst experience. i paid for my book and the company messed up every time they gave me an update. took me a year to get a copy and it was not even my book. they were going to charge me more and i asked for a refund. they wouldn’t give me a clear answer so we tried again. they messed up. i asked for a refund and they ignored me and tried again. the third time it was messed up i asked for a refund and held my ground and they haven’t responded to anything since. i haven’t seen a final copy of my book or a refund.

Don’t waste your time or money Don’t waste your time or money! I’m not confident at all that anyone who works here is a professional in their field; from project manager to editors to those working with the layout/formatting I’d be shocked if anyone had any experience or degree in their field. My first copy for revision was riddled with errors that I had to point out to them. Despite my illustrator formatting all of the images to fit 8x11, they could not format it or layout the text properly. When I would get a “copy of my book” to look at, it was essentially a google doc with text under copy and pasted illustrations. Looked like a third grader did it. Your project manager just gaslights you into ignoring bad reviews and tries to sell you a website before even finishing the project. Trust me, don’t ignore the bad reviews - they are from actual customers and not the competition - as they’ll tell you they are.

This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent. Don't be fooled by their use of Amazon. I was misled by fake reviews and by their assurance on the phone that they were professional editors and could help me with my book MS that was a pdf document. After more than a week of their assurance that an editor was working on my book MS, they had the nerve to simply send me part of the MS I sent them with no editing. when I confronted them and accused them of being fraudulent, they offered to refund my money provided that I withdraw the complaint I filed with me bank. They did not even attempt to dispute my assertion they were fraudulent. Caveat Emptor--buyer beware!
