Amazon Publishing Department does great… Amazon Publishing Department does great work, they’ve made several books for me, and they are all really great. The process was clear, well-described, and easy. They stipulate where you might pay extra for extras, and they tell you what is included in the pricing. They were invariably polite, helpful and prompt. I was working with Keith, as the formatting person, and he was recommended by the publishing department, He also did a great job of typesetting the books. I also have ordered reprints of several of the early books, and those were equally fine. The paper and printing and photos have been great.
