I received an email asking to review my purchase, but hadn’t received it yet. Since it had been 3 weeks, I checked the status of my order and found out they had canceled it due to a price glitch. They never contacted me in any form to inform me of the situation. They didn’t even bother to ask if I would be willing to pay a higher price. I am very disappointed, and will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a book from them on 11/28/2020 Ordered a book from them on 11/28/2020. Have tried tracking shipment 3 or 4 times and only thing it tells me is it is processing, nothing else. Have called their USA phone # 1-702-968-2151 three times, they ask that you leave message and they will respond with 24 hours, THEY HAVE NOT GOT BACK WITH US also sent three e-mails to which they have NOT RESPONDED. Pay- Pal has taken my payment for them and I can't communicate unless I sign up for one of their accounts. I will not recommend at all. AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW I RECEIVED A REFUND FROM BOOKSHOP SENT TO PAYPAL. PAYPAL POSTED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT ON 12/23/2020.

Awesome experience Awesome experience! Got everything before I was expecting which is always a treat. However, I also didn't really get comprehensive tracking on the order. I was told my items had been paid for and would ship but that was all no tracking number. Outside of that, I would definitely tell people to check this place out. As a matter of fact - I already have!
