Ordered a book on August 5th Ordered a book on August 5th. Still haven't received and nothing has been done with the package according to the tracking number.

I'm not trying to be an pain and if this is fixed it will be reflected in a changed review. This was a gift for my loved one and I'm really hoping it gets here reasonably soon. The book was listed for $69.15 The book was listed for $69.15. I purchased it, received a confirmation, and waited for it to arrive. I received an email asking to review my purchase, but hadn’t received it yet. Since it had been 3 weeks, I checked the status of my order and found out they had canceled it due to a price glitch. They never contacted me in any form to inform me of the situation. They didn’t even bother to ask if I would be willing to pay a higher price. I am very disappointed, and will take my business elsewhere.

The item we purchased was the lowest… The item we purchased was the lowest price we could find on the Internet, and the shipment and delivery were flawless. Not having previously purchased from Bookshoppe, I was initially hesitant (especially since their price was so much lower than anyone else). However, based upon my experience with this order, I would feel comfortable ordering products from them in the future.
