They tried to blame it on a book shortage. Terrible, terrible,terrible. Everyone knows that USPS is bad right now. McDonalds has better customer service. Do not recommend

Highly recommend!!!! This is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me. I’ve been a member for five years now and I just love everything about this service. It’s so cost effective and I’ve been exposed to so many books that I would have missed out on.

I have loved BOTM for 2+ years I have loved BOTM for 2+ years. I think $17ish for a hardcover book every month is more than appropriate. The monthly selections are diverse from a lot of different genres with good options to choose from. I love to option to skip if nothing speaks to me but it has also expanded my reading and I find myself enjoying books I never would have read otherwise. I have contacted customer service and they were very helpful when I had questions. Great company!
