BOTM customer service/Levi, from North Carolina! I want to reach out and let everyone know about the experience I had with BOTM. I thought I had canceled due to being subscribed to many things. I love BOTM but felt I could go back when I could afford it. BOTM took money out of my account because I just PAUSED my subscription and it was time for them to reopen my account. I called BOTM and got ahold of a young man named Levi from North Carolina. He said he worked from home. He was soooo mannerly, considerate, and was just a joy talking to. He helped me right away, explaining step by step about what was going to happen next. I wish all customer service employees were like Levi. Levi rocked his job!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service Canceling my account I had to email twice about a lost package. It took them three days to get back to me. They tried to blame it on a book shortage. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Everyone knows that USPS is bad right now. McDonalds has better customer service. Do not recommend
