I love BOTM but felt I could go back when I could afford it. BOTM took money out of my account because I just PAUSED my subscription and it was time for them to reopen my account. I called BOTM and got ahold of a young man named Levi from North Carolina. He said he worked from home. He was soooo mannerly, considerate, and was just a joy talking to. He helped me right away, explaining step by step about what was going to happen next. I wish all customer service employees were like Levi. Levi rocked his job!

GBUnethical Advertising I'm sure they're a great company. But it's pretty scummy to sell a book for $5 but oh by the way in the fine print you are also committing to another $16.99 charge next month. Where else in the world can someone sell you something for 4x the advertised price? Sorry, but that's just manipulative Regarding your reply - perhaps you could advertise it more clearly by moving it out of the small print, which occurs after creating an account, entering your shopping details, and entering your payment method? That might help customers see the actual price of their purchase. The price seems like an important thing to advertise, no?
