I cannot say enough about Book of the… I cannot say enough about Book of the Month! I've been a subscriber for six months now and have been so impressed with everything about it. From the pricing for brand new novels to the packaging and amazing customer service. You cannot go wrong with this one!

Okay but delivery issues... I've been a Book of the Month subscriber for almost a year. And in general, it's pretty great. There selection is good and they highlight some great voices. That said, I have recently been experiencing a lot of delivery issues. I ordered my August box on July 31st. The first shipment never made it. They sent a new box. This box did not have the correct book. They are sending another but I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. It can be a bit frustrating to wait so long when the objective is to order a book for the month of August. It's now August 20th and I still don't have the book I ordered.

Unethical Advertising I'm sure they're a great company. But it's pretty scummy to sell a book for $5 but oh by the way in the fine print you are also committing to another $16.99 charge next month. Where else in the world can someone sell you something for 4x the advertised price? Sorry, but that's just manipulative Regarding your reply - perhaps you could advertise it more clearly by moving it out of the small print, which occurs after creating an account, entering your shopping details, and entering your payment method? That might help customers see the actual price of their purchase. The price seems like an important thing to advertise, no?

I have loved BOTM for 2+ years I have loved BOTM for 2+ years. I think $17ish for a hardcover book every month is more than appropriate. The monthly selections are diverse from a lot of different genres with good options to choose from. I love to option to skip if nothing speaks to me but it has also expanded my reading and I find myself enjoying books I never would have read otherwise. I have contacted customer service and they were very helpful when I had questions. Great company!

I love Book of the Month I love Book of the Month! I just became a BFF and the perks are so worth it. I've been loving my picks as well, they kill it. Deff recommend!
