Inexpensive prices and good customer service! The book I ordered was 90% off the price of the list price! As another reviewer said, I was a bit suspicious at first: I ordered it via email with instant delivery, but I didn't get my order instantly. But I emailed customer service and they responded within a matter of minutes with the correct PDF. I scrubbed through the PDF to be sure and everything was up to board. Fantastic, would highly recommend for college textbook shopping

It’s Legit! I was skeptical to order like the other reviewers because for some reason, they have a wrong customer service number listed, but I took a chance anyways because the book I needed was listed for only $12 flat - a fair price considering other sites were listing it for $50+. Once I ordered, I got a copy of my ebook in less than 5 minutes (it was in my spam email) from a customer service rep who replied quickly. I will be ordering again in the future when I need more books for class.

THEY HAVE THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR "ORDER-STATUS" AND "REFUND POLICY," LISTED AS THE CONTACT INFO FOR "ebooktrip.com!"

They are scammers!! They are scammers!! Every single time that I booked from them I received a call from them a day or so later to notify me that their advertised price is incorrect and that the price is considerably HIGHER. This happened twice last and the year before, and it happened again yesterday. Note: I don’t go to their website, but I get redirected from other apps, and that’s the problem.
