I hate writing bad reviews- this is my first After 4 months allegedly working on the job they were still not done. I believe that a capable team would take a week, maybe two. When I requested the existing documents so I could complete the work myself I got no response. I was totally ghosted when I expressed my concerns about why it was taking so long. They made mistakes in one part of the project that they almost completed, including incorrectly listing the author’s name. Editing on the book was nonexistent. The last straw was when they asked me what they were doing wrong. I had hired them to know those answers. While the job was in process, they sprang an additional $250.00 charge on me for cover design. My total expense for hiring them was $600.00 and they did finish one cover design, so I figure they only effectively stole $350. One tactic they use is to ask you to rate them with Truth Pilot before they do the job. There is more but like I said I hate writing negative reviews.
