Positive experience I've had a positive experience with the company, from sending the draft manuscript of my debut novel, through to publication. The main aspect is, the communication has been excellent. I corresponded primarily with Cheryl-Ann who was always quick to respond to my questions. Also the updated manuscripts were returned in good time. Post publication there is an issue with the kindle version of my book, even though their work is finished, Cheryl-Ann has responded and is looking into it, so hopefully it will be resolved.

Publishing a book via the AMZ marketing hub, a review.I had to pay £3200.00 to engage with… I had to pay £3200.00 to engage with this organisation for the publishing of my book “Bouncing Round the Edges, Following the wind”. I was also strongly advised to publish my book as an audiobook, which would have cost more than £2,000.00 extra. I declined this but was persuaded to allow them to produce an e-book using artificial intelligence. There were some good things about the Amazon Marketing Hub. The staff were impeccably polite, always available, and emails were answered within a week. The book when it was published was printed on quality paper and the cover design was very good. However the editing was of extremely poor quality. In the first edited text that I received the text had been transformed into a strongly American culture and style, including American spelling of many words. When I asked that the text be returned into an English culture and spelling, I received a revised text. This text had several places where whole phrases were repeated immediately after each other and several other places where sentences stopped in the middle with no ending. The punctuation was also inaccurate, and some English words were misspelled. We found it difficult to believe that anybody had read through the offered text before it had been offered to us. Through the editing process the text was offered to us in sections. With each section we had to correct the editing inaccuracies. We were then asked if we were satisfied with the resulting text, and the process proceeded to the next section. Some time after the book had been published, a friend of ours who was an experienced editor and proofreader read the book and found many errors. We had to pay an extra £300.00 to republish the book including these corrections. The company claimed that we had said that we were satisfied with each of the texts presented to us. Thus they took no final responsibility for their poor work in the editing of the book. When the e-book was presented to us, once again we found that it had been changed to become a culturally American book and the voice used had a very pronounced American accent. At our request this was changed to an English accent and culture. However once again we found unfinished sentences and repeated phrases. The voice proceeded in a robot fashion through the book without pausing appropriately after the dedication, preface, between chapter heading and the text and at paragraph endings. The A.I. used was clearly not an advanced model. Promotion was carried out via social media sites and a radio interview. When we asked whether they were going to present the book to cultural editors of newspapers that they knew, they did not respond to our query. Eventually we abandoned the e-book project as a lost cause. This book is currently being read in 7 different countries of the world, but for some inexplicable reason is not available via Amazon USA. it has a 4.8 Amazon approval rates on 7 reviews. With future publishing projects I would use on e of the several excellent self-publishing sites available on the web. Edwin Martin January 2024

$1000 for a scam, they are thieves $1000 I paid for a scam. No distribution package, they lied. And the way they tell you to publish (yourself on FREE to publish sites Amazon KDP and IngramSpark) basically guarantees your book WON'T SELL. They are thieves.

Fantastic AMZ!! I published my very first novel with AMZ Publishing Hub recently and I was blown away by the support and services they offered. I am a student who works full time and I never considered myself a professional writer until now, but with the help of Ted Novak and a very dedicated team of artists and editors, I can actually say I'm a published author and that's pretty damn cool. I would recommend them to every writer if I could. They communicated constantly and were incredibly understanding of my situation. For such a fantastic service I think they could easily be charging twice as much but they don't and that makes it accessible to aspiring writers. I will, without a doubt, be publishing with them again, and I urge you all to as well. Thank you so much team!
