Positive experience I've had a positive experience with the company, from sending the draft manuscript of my debut novel, through to publication. The main aspect is, the communication has been excellent. I corresponded primarily with Cheryl-Ann who was always quick to respond to my questions. Also the updated manuscripts were returned in good time. Post publication there is an issue with the kindle version of my book, even though their work is finished, Cheryl-Ann has responded and is looking into it, so hopefully it will be resolved.

SCAM BUNCH OF INDIAN FROAUDS DO NOT PAY for my 3rd book I tried this new company amazonpublishinghubs.com because they were more cheaper but I found out that they are bunch of scammers and charged my card without my consent and also forcing me to pay more on every step and even didn't deliver what i have paid for already, Also threaten me. Please be aware they are just trading off the Amazon name and those scammers are based in india. So I really wish if i could get a refund from that company. I have published 2 books last year with publishing.com and it was a good experience. those guys did the best for my books

Excellent work by Amazon Publishing Hub I’m very grateful to the Amazon Publishing Hub team; Antonio, Walter, and the other team members who worked on my book are excellent. This team at Amazon Publish does outstanding work. They’ve been accommodating in getting my first book published on time. The editing team is fantastic at catching some important typos etc., and the marketing team, too, is outstanding. I had excellent communication and was updated weekly at every stage of my first book project. I’m currently working with the same team on my second book and possibly the third soon. ANOTHER SCAMMING COMPANY scammers!! I hate catching people out in a lie, they told me they are in NY but after some interrogation it turns out they are in India. Things didn't add up in their call and they seemed to be in a rush to get me to sign up! FAKE, SCAMS, BEWARE
