Despite some negative reviews, I'd say that it might not always be true, becasue of the experience I have, it was wonderful, adventurous, they made you feel comfortable. If I ask them to make changes, they tell me exactly how much it will cost and they do not charge me extra. I believe that being upfront with the client is as honest as an organization can get.
