Ordered a PDF Ordered a PDF, received a receipt and no PDF. The bot messenger didn't help at all. Website advertises "instant delivery after purchase" also advertises 5 star on trustpilot which is untrue as well.

10/10 experience, will shop again! The shop was really easy to use and the book downloaded with no issues. The price was by far the best I was able to find and will definitely shop here again!

i made an order and I found out I don’t… i made an order and I found out I don’t need this book actually. And I contacted the customer service, they responded really fast and refunded me. I will absolutely return next time if I need e-books.
