GBDo NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO… Do NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO Prohub UK. Firstly, they are not based in the UK and they are not registered at Companies House. They have not adhered to the contract I had with them. They told me the contract was written by a person who had now left the company so wasn't relevant - clearly they will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Their work is unprofessional, littered with errors and they will not protect an author - especially a first time author who may not understand the important of book size, font size, spacing, margins and the impact this has on royalties. They changed my book to A4 size without telling me, meaning my royalties would have been, at best, 27p per book. Luckily, I have engaged an independent printer who spotted all the errors and warned me so I could terminate the contract before Savvy did any further damage. I have referred the case to Trading Standards, Action Fraud (for misuse of my credit card), the two credit card companies I used and I intend to take legal action if all monies they have taken are not returned. They have left me almost £2,000 in debt and I have had books printed with ISBNs that now do not belong to me which again is a breach of contract - so I've got to reprint books to the tune of £4,000. I'm substantially out of pocket. DO NOT use this company and do not believe the positive reviews unless you can contact the person direct because I strongly suspect (although I have no proof) that the reviews are from company employees.

CAThey did a reasonable job on the web… They did a reasonable job on the web site BUT no accounting for $ spent on advertising. Blog turned up on some obscure site called World press. No explanation if a press release was ever distributed or to whom. No reporting if any social media postings took place or when. No accounting for paid campaign budget of $500 ( I doubt if it was spent). No notice if video trailer ever posted. No sign of advice about u-tube marketing (if any). No monthly reports. No sign of or advice that an Amazon ad campaign took place. What was promised to be a 3-4 month project dragged out over 18+ months. ZERO absolutely ZERO sales to show for their token effort (if any).

GBThe marketing of `"Far Flung Fragments" - excellent minus some minor criticisms… I liked the marketing of Far Flung Fragments". It was lively, colourful and attractive. I wold have given the whole exercise five stars except for the difficulty of obtaining a valid password, accessing my account (how much royalties earned), and a clear explanation of exactly what I have paid for). I hope it will be a simple matter to clarify these points to a beginner author who can then give a five stars without hesitation. s"

GBBring It On, Savvy! Transparency and professionalism were generated from the beginning. Alex and Sam have been so patient navigating me through this process. Their editing and design teams are excellent. I can't wait to see the finished product.
