The publishing team of Gnome Book Writing is very professional and competent. This is my third book with this company and I will hire them in the future too.

DO NOT Use This Company DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Do not do business with this company. Incompetent, fraudulent and will not honor contract. Hired this company to market a Children's Christmas book in Sept. of 2021. The entire experience was a disaster. NO ONE knew what they were doing and right up to Dec. 16th, not one book had been sold or promoted as promised. As of Oct. of 2022, I am still trying to get them to honor their promise of a complete refund. They have not responded to text, email, letter, or phone. This company should not be in business. I will report them to every agency available to warn people. Update to the above: As of December, Gnome Bookwriting has proven that their word is worth nothing. After the original review, I was contacted and promised the completion of my refund IF I took down the review. I told them that I would amend the review once they completed the refund. Not only did they string me along with various pretend attempts of contact, but have not, to date, honored their word, I placed a complaint with the BBB and after several attempts to reach Gnome on my behalf - NOTHING. They wouldn't even respond to the BBB. Needless to say, they are not a member. People, BEWARE, this company is NOT legit. I will continue to press for my refund via any means necessary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cannot be trusted.

Professionals with patience I have been with GNOME bookwriting for just over a year now. My book has been very difficult emotionally to write. My team included Sheldon Benjamin, Rafael Desilva, Daniel McCain, David Parker, Lisa Taylor and others that I have not spoke with or written to exclusively. I must say what stands out the most with these fine professionals is just that, they remain professional, they are patient, kind, and no matter what may come out of my mouth due to frustrations, they are always willing to "make it right," without complaining and often with apologies. This was my first experience with writing, so my team had much misconception and confusion on my part to deal with, but once again, handled with professionalism and showing me that they really do care. We are now in the marketing stage with Rafael and I need someone to pinch me, it's exciting and frigtening all at once. Thank You team Russell :)

I would never recommend them I would never recommend them. I hired them to do book marketing and a man names Jason Hawks signed the contract. They have it clear in their contract that If you do not get 250% return on investment they will return the investment money within 2 days. It has been six months and they have not returned my investment or the upcharges they seem to always be asking for. I am almost $9000 lost in my attempt to do business with this company. In the midst of this I received a letter from someone who worked for them warning me this is how they do business. Do not use them or you will lose your money. They did offer me 1/9th of my investment but did not honor their contract. I am having to take legal action to get them to honor their own contract.
