stolen property First, I had nothing but a hard time as I worked with one person after another. I gave them the work I had done. As time went by, I started to learn it wasn't what I wanted. All they did was ghost me. After a while, I realized they were a scam. They would drag it longer; in the end, they want my sin number. That is when I draw the line. If someone could take my book and not be responsible for it, I would have to stop publishing. The sad part is that this company had my information on the book, and I discovered it was published in someone else's name on Amazon. I found this out by a friend of mine. It was done in Dec/23. I found out on Feb/24. That is when I told them I didn't want to publish it. I found out my book was in someone else's name (Sean Cawley); I told them this: All I have is you pay us money, and then we can protect the book. I never thought they would be like this. My work has no protection due to the copyrights not being done. It wasn't correct; they should have protected my work and will not look into it. Regarding the money, it should be their right to help me with what happened. I know there are copyrights, but I was shocked when the book wasn't done according to my specifications, so I told them no. Then I found out they did it anyway, in another person's name.

This is a fraudulent company who claims… This is a fraudulent company who claims to be Amazon. I cancelled my order as soon as I realized it within one day and they will not return my $3250.00 Stay away, very unethical. They also stated they would return my money and never did.

I can't even begin to tell you what is… I can't even begin to tell you what is wrong. I edited the editor. The formatting was a nightmare and I'm still not done with the book. Gave timelines that were not met and blamed me for it. Blamed me because I was to picky when they took out all the spaces between lines. Paragraphs looked like one long run on sentence. The italics was taken off of subtitles and the list goes on. Refuse to give me back saying their guarantee no longer is effective. Biggest scam for authors that I have ever seen.

Please do NOT do business with this… Please do NOT do business with this people. They are running a scam mixed with a little bit of real work. They start offering and changing your credit card for things before your book is published.

Do not use Amazon Publisher LLC Do not use Amazon Publisher LLC. SCAM. They are not professional. Lack of project management skills, failed to provide project timeline, no attention to detail. Did not adhere to the contract requirements of providing editing, book cover design or marketing. I DID ALL OF THAT MY SELF. Did not follow through with their 100% money back guarantee that I had in writing, I had to write BBB and dispute through my credit card. Tried to get me to sign up for a $1,500 marketing plan even though my book was not even published yet. Told me they did test marketing, without my knowledge, and even sent me a bogus marketing report with some other author's name and book title with made-up data that didn't make any sense. Hilarious. None of the people I was working with are listed on LinkedIn. If they are professionals in their industry, why not? Because they are a SCAM. During editing I asked do they follow APA or Chicago, etc. and they had no idea of either of these copy-editing styles and rules. Again SCAM. Uploaded the wrong book cover to Amazon website. Still trying to get that fixed.
