Seriously? To whoever wrote the response to my earlier review, are you serious? If everything you say is true, then your company did everything it did based on what the employees who were "working" with me SAID. It bears exactly zero truth to what actually occurred, since every conversation had with every one of them was effectively to stop everything. I had my dates wrong before. Jan2019 is actually when the proof was sent to me. The conversations between Jan-Mar2019 were my demands that someone from Author's Press fix all the ridiculous mistakes they made. Since I was never given anything else to approve, and no one did anything except send me useless messages, I got all my money back. According to the contract I am reading, AP refund's the cost if they are at fault and thus terminates the contract. That is literally what happened. I don't care who said what on your end. Not a single one of you listened to what the Author said, or put in writing. All those people worked for AP, so AP is liable for what its own people do. You're also infringing on an existing copyright. These things are all facts. You don't need to "fact check" them. The fact checking can help you figure out which of your old employees is responsible I suppose, but it doesn't change things for me. I don't care about "which individual," AP as a company is at fault, as the company itself the opposite party of the contract. I would have dealt with this years ago, but I had no idea until a few months ago so I am dealing with it now. My recommendation would be for you to pull/destroy everything you have, get it taken down from everywhere you have put it, and you might want to cut me a check with a letter of apology. I'm thinking you have about 14 business days left, give or take, depends on the speed of the mail. Paying me royalties, which I have never seen except May2022 (and obviously would not accept), doesn't mean anything. The book was NEVER supposed to exist from your company. Every image or link that exists now because AP did this, gets in my way when people search for it. What you have done has had years to work its way through cyberspace, and now because of your company my biggest competition for things like search results is myself. I have to give people exact links and sites, since no one can search for my book and actually find it thanks to you people. Why do you think damages for infringement cases can run so high? I can't put a price on what you have cost me. You have alleged conversations from people who's jobs I had to practically explain to them every step of the way. I have written evidence of me telling them the opposite of what you say they said (a lot of it), a voided contract, oh yeah and the actual copyright.

Authors Press Publishing Committed Fraud Authors Press Publishing cannot be trusted to promote any author's book regarding books on the topic of politics. The contract you sign with Authors Press has a legal clause that absolves them of any liability in case of a poor-quality radio interview. In my radio interview with Benji Col, I discovered Benji Cole is a black leftist Democrat who argued with me on most of my conservative points in my book entitled, "The Coming Tyranny: How Socialism Will Lead to Civil War in the United States". Benji Cole told me during the interview that one of my points bordered on misinformation and interrupted me many times when I tried to make a point. He argued with me and inserted his comments thus extending the time of the interview. He did not allow me to select topics to discuss, but rather, he chose points he wanted to argue with me about. Authors Press should have never allowed me to interview with a leftist fake news media radio commentator who did not promote my book, but rather, thrashed it. The leftist disagreed with most of my conservative points extending the length of the interview. He recorded the conversation, but I never received a copy or link to the radio interview from Authors Press of the full or modified airing of the recording. Authors Press did not care about the quality of the radio interview. I paid Authors Press $1250 to promote my book, which was not accomplished. This was fraud on the part of Benji Cole and fraud perpetrated by Author Press, whose managers refused to refund my $1250. Right after the radio interview I complained to Authors Press. I filed for a dispute with my bank, faxed them my response and their investigators denied my dispute because they didn't care about the quality of the interview; neither does Authors Press. It was simple fraud in my view, I did not receive what I paid for: promotion of my book, which should have been favorable. The following is my response to Authors Press' undignified and fraudulent responses to my comments above: I was finally sent the edited version of the radio interview with Benji Cole. You refused to provide me with the unedited version of the interview because you know it was fraudulent and Benji had no intentions of promoting a book with conservative political views that he opposes. The unedited version of the radio interview was ugly, much different than the edited version that I heard from the attachment. Benji doctored up the fraudulent unedited interview and sugarcoated it with compliments about my book. But he essentially asked only two main questions for me to respond to: 1. Why should very rich men like Bezos and Musk have so much money under capitalism while 27 million people are living in poverty? 2. How can blacks succeed with so many historical obstacles compared to white people? On the 1st question I responded: Elon Musk and Bezos don't just have money, they earned it through ingenuity and hard work; they should not be punished or robbed because they’re rich. They earned wealth and success. On the 2nd question, I responded: I did not get a chance to respond to his comments about Black Wall Street. It was just whites rioting just as blacks typically rioted in cities such as Detroit, New York City, St. Louis, and Los Angeles, and destroyed property in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Interesting Benji never mentioned how many $billions black rioters have caused to reduce white wealth in the US and the lives that were taken. In the unedited recording, Benji stopped and interrupted me several times to respond with his comments and prevented me from selecting points more important to talk about. I did not pay to have a debate, but rather, express the more important aspects of the books. Benji did not include the main points I wanted to cover, such as: 1. How Biden and the Democrats are destroying America 2. How radical leftist Democrats are rigging, passing corrupt election bills in Congress, and stealing elections to keep power forever 3. How leftist Democrats are using open borders to aid them in keeping/increasing their power and to transform the US into socialism 4. What leftists under perpetual power will do to cause a secession of states and cause a civil war and who will win the war 5. How socialists will cause a 3rd civil war between Muslims and non-Muslims and who will win If these topics had been discussed, my book would have had a wider interest, better discussion and promotion of my book Authors Press refused to refund my $1250, not for promoting my book, but for criticizing it, not letting me express a short summary of my book, interrupting me, and for me to respond to only two questions which I paid $1250.
