Outright lied to me. After watching numerous videos, I decided to try it. During the last session, I asked a few times live in chat if the system required a VPS or VPN, and was told no that it did not twice during the live session. It was an outright lie! As soon as I started going through the process to download the system, it said to get a VPS/VPN at a cost of I believe $30 a month. Either way, it was a lie, so I immediately contacted them for a refund. Of course I haven't gotten a reply in over 6 weeks and some calls, emails and texts. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS!!!

No customer service No customer service! Calls go to voicemail and I then receive a text asking how they can help. No replies after that. Very disappointed at this point.

I have been trying to withdrawal my… I have been trying to withdrawal my funds for 13 weeks with little to ZERO assistance from them. The first 6 weeks all the customer service Reps said they would send my issue to the "Relevant Team" which doesn't exist. Once I finally received assistance, the assistance was an article on how to withdraw your money. Still I receive errors every time i try to make a withdrawal attempt and they just send me the same instructions (Which are weak instructions). If you are expecting to get a return of any funds it will never happen except if you include 𝐴𝑌𝑅 𝐿𝑃

He patiently walked me through the setup process, I am not a tech savvy person so I appreciated the extra support. He also reassured me if I had any questions or concerns after our phone call to reach out anytime. The level of customer service I have received from the start has been great.
