Poor service The company said they would notify me when my books shipped. They didn't, the books went to the wrong city. By the time I followed through, it was too late. I notified them several times that I had not received the order and that it went to the wrong address. Over three days I have received no response; their customer service numbers are constantly busy. Extremely poor service.

false stock I ordered a book that I couldn’t find anywhere else, there was one left in stock so I ordered it and got sent an order confirmation. The payment was still processing three days later and then I received an email that it had been cancelled because they didn’t have it in stock. They said a refund would be granted but I haven’t received it yet.I’m also pretty sure the positive reviews on here are false as they all say basically the same thing.

Definitely a scam Definitely a scam, I'm a broke college student and ordered my textbook and it never came and they charged my card and they never responded to my emails. This is horrible.

Scam booksite I agree with all the negative reviews here. I ordered a book which was then cancelled due to a “pricing error” although it is still listed on their website at the same price. Was told I’d receive a refund of the $90 taken from my credit card - after several emails and weeks have passed - no sign of refund. Recommend DO NOT purchase from this site.
