GBPoor service The company said they would notify me when my books shipped. They didn't, the books went to the wrong city. By the time I followed through, it was too late. I notified them several times that I had not received the order and that it went to the wrong address. Over three days I have received no response; their customer service numbers are constantly busy. Extremely poor service.

GBDishonest company Dishonest company! I ordered a book for $18 and received both a confirmation and receipt via email. The following day, I received another email claiming that Stevens Books had "looked and discovered the book was out of stock." In reality, they cancelled my order and marked the price of the book up to $77. The price change and book are clearly on their website. They just wanted more money. How shameful for a "Christian" bookstore to blatantly lie to customers and hike up prices after an item is sold. I will never order from them again and will be warning others to avoid them as well.
