GBQuite disorganised and at least: teaching you the art of waiting I find them to be very ineffective and slow in getting back to parents and musicians. Do not know how many people are working in the East Sussex branch but their customer service needs improvement.

GBCHECK YOUR CONTRACT FOR A DATE MOST IF NOT ALL CONTRACTS HAVE AN AUTO RENEWAL PERIOD SO NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT HELPSERVICE YOU IF THEYRE NOT ROBBING U BUT THEN THEY KEEP YOU STUCK WITH THEM SO THEY CAN COLLECT OFF U !! independent artists are stuck not able to release music bc cant get any help from staff get paid or distribute anywhere if you miss termination notice window. not fair. employees will tell u..the artist!!!...that they can not service anyone with artist favorable splits (80/20) but they'll take a cut of your earnings, but unless theyre making a lot of money off of you and putting you in a perpetual debt cycle with their marked up botted marketing services, they wont even help you or give you an answer. ive had a jv label with them and they continue to change the splits behind my back and gaslight me when I ask about payments.

GBSave your money Tutor didn't turn up for at least 4 lessons. They would not take my child off of thier system even after asking them via email. They are very badly organised and not even that good at teaching. My son learnt more from Youtube tutorials when the teacher didn't turn up. Avoid them, you will regret signing up.
