Now bringing my lawyer in to stop contract and get my money back but company bank closed, there number is not working anymore(better have a good lawyer because will investigate each employees and if have to lawsuit each one of them according to my lawyer)Happy to have protected my book WGA. I have found another publisher And will publish my book without them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

Thebooksmasters.com Company name changed to thebooksmasters.com but still the same scam. In fairness, they did send a welcome email explaining a 2-day free trial, but it went to the spam folder so I didn’t see it. They charged on the dot of the end of the trial period but luckily I had no money in my account! I’ve now cancelled and cancelled the card.

The most awful business The most awful business. I was downloading something else on my browser when it comes up to pay 1p, i pay it assuming it was for the page i was trying to download. There was absolutely no information about this business or any trial. I then see £31 being taken from my account when i didn’t even know. I didn’t sign up for anything and now they won’t return my calls or emails… typical.

SCAM Fraud Total Scam. Report to your bank ASAP. Do not email them as they send you instructions on how to give them your FULL apple pay number so they can scam you even more. Just report to the Fraud department of your bank.

Accidentally clicked on their… Accidentally clicked on their misleading download button on Fdown.net (a Facebook video downloaded) yesterday evening. Stupidly entered my Debit Card details when asked for a payment of 0.01p which I assumed was a token fee for downloading the FB video. This morning I received an email from ‘the bookmaster’ thanking me for signing up and would be debited €31.50 per month after 2 day free trial! Have followed their cancellation advice by writing to their support an will contact my bank.
