Horrible experience I have been a user for two years and out of the sudden they stopped answering my requests. On August 16th I have transferred 54 $ to my US unlocked account. The transfer was successfull but they never loaded it onto my card. After I asked two times when I will get the refund they simply didn't answer anymore. Highly fraudulent actions here. Be careful!

Scammed my uploaded cash This company took money meant for a virtual credit card and held it. They still have not released the funds many years later. I have attempted communication with them and was told to ask the government for the money. The website still shows "pending deposit" and the exact amount they still hold...5 years later. I have no idea how this is still a functioning company as they have taken my money and through no explanation will not provide the service I paid for.
