The information is also WRONG! I am not related to the people it lists, however, I do recognize one name as someone related to my dead ex-sister-in-law. I have tried to reach them by phone also. In case anyone is interested, there is a Change.org petition online for a Class Action suit to be filed...

Same story as most all the other… Same story as most all the other 'background check' sites. Total scam, makes you wait a good 8 minutes while it shows you fake loading screen after loading screen and then after all that locks the data behind a pay wall. Despicable business model, repugnant.
