Seriously one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with! All questions were answered promptly and I ordered small acrylic names in red. I believe most people use them for stockings but I added red and white twisted string so they could be hung on their trees. They were perfect and loved by all. One name broke in the gift bag and they replaced it free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. This was taken care of them while they were supposed to be on vacation. Seriously one of the nicest companies I've ever dealt with!
