Great music service! It is great to have licensed music that you can customize anyway you like. The system is easy to use! If you have questions, someone is always available to help. I like being able to set up a mix of music stations so there is variety all day long.

Needs better control The cloudbox is hard to manage when I am not in the office because when my computer shuts off the device shuts off.

I'm still a novice I'm still a novice, but am impressed with the ease of navigating throughout the website. My biggest positive impression is the effort CCM makes to remove profanity, sexually explicit words, and the like from the songs offered by them. Our music selection is played in our retail shoe store which includes all ages male and female. Our biggest listener is God so we want our songs to be wholesome. Being able to remove any song immediately is good. I may change my rating to 5 stars when I become more knowledgeable with the site. So far we're pleased with the music assortments we have after trying out different ones, and will continue exploring. The layout is easy to work with.

I feel price is high I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.

What we like and don't like Great interface that is easy to use. It is nice to set and forget. We don't love some of the music played on stations we thought we would enjoy. We also wish that all of the plans had the ability to limit certain music selections.
