GBThey ruined a sale to a new client After using them for several years, they screwed me over. After the whole pandemic and our inability to work due to our focus being in federal, state, local government, and education sectors, we finally landed a major sale. I had been assured, all along, that Now would fund me for equipment needed for a project with a valid client PO or government contract. Well... needless to say - They LIED! Now they insist that this was never the case and that the client must sign off on the equipment and any services having been provided and in service. I have now lost a client that was an open door to much more business in that sector. And, to top it all off, now when I send an email to Support, it bounces back as being an invalid email address. None of the reps or support staff return my calls. I am beside myself. I very rarely write a negative review, but this one I had to write. I hope none of you experience that same with Now Corp.

GBIf there was negative stars for a… If there was negative stars for a company, NowCorp would definitely deserve it. Joey is by far one of the most disrespectful employees that I have ever encountered in any business. This group will assign (assumingly) 500 clients to one account manager and that account manager will do the following; - they will miss meetings - they will lie to you about your customers being approved just to get your $750 fee through the door. - they will show you attitude when you confront them about lying to you saying "lose the attitude or we will drop this" hehe. - then they will waste 2-3 weeks of your time for "approval" when barely anything is approved. It's disgusting and pathetic how a company raises $35,000,000+ in funding and their customer service is that of a business with 2-3 employees serving thousands of companies. We demand our refund for the activation fee right away. I have never taken the actual time to write a review on anyone but this company is out of this world.
