CiborTV is an excellent product with… CiborTV is an excellent product with excellent customer service. My remote control stopped working and I was quickly mailed a replacement remote control at no charge. Extremely satisfied and wish I would have gotten it earlier! Great product Great product. It has lots of local and national Italian TV channels and is easy to use. A great way for me to improve my Italian comprehension. The box itself is fine. It works well, the menu is easy to use and I recommend that you add your favourite channels to the favourites section for faster navigation. I had some technical problems with my box but when I notified Cibor TV support, they very quickly rectified my issues and sent me a brand new box. Customer service is fast and effective, they responded on the same day and resolved the issue even though it was on a weekend. Impressive !
