My remote control stopped working and I was quickly mailed a replacement remote control at no charge. Extremely satisfied and wish I would have gotten it earlier! Great product Great product. It has lots of local and national Italian TV channels and is easy to use. A great way for me to improve my Italian comprehension. The box itself is fine. It works well, the menu is easy to use and I recommend that you add your favourite channels to the favourites section for faster navigation. I had some technical problems with my box but when I notified Cibor TV support, they very quickly rectified my issues and sent me a brand new box. Customer service is fast and effective, they responded on the same day and resolved the issue even though it was on a weekend. Impressive !

Easy Set-up and Great Quality This was so easy to set up, and the quality is excellent! Now I can watch all my favorite Italian TV and news. I especially like the preview window. It makes it so easy to choose what I want to watch. I'm so glad I found Cibor TV!

I just renew my membership for one… I just renew my membership for one year. I have problems with the channels, the screen stops frequently saying we are sorry to.e source signal is temporary unavailable. Cibortv v Googletv both great 👍 The Cibortv is exactly like a Googletv chromecast it's so easy to install, BUT for a faster streaming service use a stronger UHD cord as the one provided was only receiving 5.2mbps but when I tried my own UHD cord the speed went up to 18.9mbps, I seriously can't fault the product, thank you guys (written from Australia 🇦🇺).
