GBI am having intermittent connection… I am having intermittent connection issues with the newly installed Cibor TV box. Once we connect and start watching a show, within about 2 minutes, the screen blacks out, a message on the screen reads "no input at HDMI" and then 30 seconds later we reconnect to Cibor TV again. This cycle repeats itself. I installed a DSL rated at 18 mbps and the Cibor TV speed test shows us we are connected at 15 mbps. We also tried an update in the Settings and the message says we are up to date. How can I contact Cibor to help resolve the issue? Since the on-off cycle keeps happening, I am thinking there is some buffering issue. The speed is not the problem. Maybe we need a new box. Please help. Mike Ettore

GBLOVE LOVE LOVE CIBORTV💕 I love my Cibortv units ( I got 3)! I bring one of them on vacation with us to continue watching my italian shows. I just wish there were recorded shows as mediaset does, so that, if you miss a show you can go back and see it. Don't know, however how difficult that may be to organize. All in all though...great 👍 product and very affordable! Thank you Cibortv team !

GBLa scatola CIBORTV è fantastica. The CIBORTV box is great. I only have an Issue having to turn it on then off and on again to get it to work. It works once it’s main menu loads on second power on. La scatola CIBORTV è fantastica. Ho solo un problema nel dover accenderlo, spegnerlo e riaccenderlo per farlo funzionare. Funziona una volta caricato il menu principale alla seconda accensione. Also if more Italian channels that are offered by the cable company or satellite would be great.

GBThe worst customer service I ever… The worst customer service I ever experienced, box went bad, on the website it says they’ll exchange your box if it malfunctions at no fault of the user, false, but then when you bring that up, they say check the terms & conditions where they say they won’t cover the box after a year, also paid for a yearly subscription for the past four years now that my box doesn’t work they won’t credit me for my 6 remaining months. I asked if I can get a new box that way I can keep renewing and they refuse, so they rather lose a customer forever rather than sending a new box? Poor decision making and poor customer service. I will never use Cibor again. Yes you replied multiple times telling me to buy another box at 30% off lol good job! Spend more money for your messed up product, brilliant idea, to add another thing you claimed you checked my box and I didn’t even have it plugged in, quit the bs, you guys suck
