GBI am having intermittent connection… I am having intermittent connection issues with the newly installed Cibor TV box. Once we connect and start watching a show, within about 2 minutes, the screen blacks out, a message on the screen reads "no input at HDMI" and then 30 seconds later we reconnect to Cibor TV again. This cycle repeats itself. I installed a DSL rated at 18 mbps and the Cibor TV speed test shows us we are connected at 15 mbps. We also tried an update in the Settings and the message says we are up to date. How can I contact Cibor to help resolve the issue? Since the on-off cycle keeps happening, I am thinking there is some buffering issue. The speed is not the problem. Maybe we need a new box. Please help. Mike Ettore

GBAmmazza aoooo :-) Avete risolto con una semplice soluzione, anni di battaglie con parabole, decoders, abbonamenti e quant'altro. What not to like. La capacita' di usare the porte USB e micro card sarebbe un su surplus ultra.

ITCibortv is always in my suitcase when l… Cibortv is always in my suitcase when l travel! I bring it everywhere so I can watch all my favorite Italian regional channels and l can keep in touch with my beloved region of Umbria, from where I come from. The good channel they have is absolutely cool and interesting, and l saw many of the places where l grew up.It is a great invention! Thank you so much.

GBExcellent service between costumer… Excellent service between costumer service email with small past issues that have been addressed. Tv service has been terrific so far I've had it for over a year. My parents are extremely happy. Thank you to Cibortv and there costumer service team.

GBPerfect for visiting family from Italy! My brother in law came from Italy for two months to have surgery and recover. He doesn't speak english, so Cibor TV Italian was perfect to have for his recovery! My Italian is improving, as well! Grazie!!
