GBI just renew my membership for one… I just renew my membership for one year. I have problems with the channels, the screen stops frequently saying we are sorry to.e source signal is temporary unavailable. GBGreat product Great product. It has lots of local and national Italian TV channels and is easy to use. A great way for me to improve my Italian comprehension. The box itself is fine. It works well, the menu is easy to use and I recommend that you add your favourite channels to the favourites section for faster navigation. I had some technical problems with my box but when I notified Cibor TV support, they very quickly rectified my issues and sent me a brand new box. Customer service is fast and effective, they responded on the same day and resolved the issue even though it was on a weekend. Impressive !

GBThe worst customer service I ever… The worst customer service I ever experienced, box went bad, on the website it says they’ll exchange your box if it malfunctions at no fault of the user, false, but then when you bring that up, they say check the terms & conditions where they say they won’t cover the box after a year, also paid for a yearly subscription for the past four years now that my box doesn’t work they won’t credit me for my 6 remaining months. I asked if I can get a new box that way I can keep renewing and they refuse, so they rather lose a customer forever rather than sending a new box? Poor decision making and poor customer service. I will never use Cibor again. Yes you replied multiple times telling me to buy another box at 30% off lol good job! Spend more money for your messed up product, brilliant idea, to add another thing you claimed you checked my box and I didn’t even have it plugged in, quit the bs, you guys suck
