GBThis was my first time using eGifter This was my first time using eGifter, and I was asked to contribute to a group gift. On my first attempt, I signed in as a guest, but then I couldn't tell if I was making another individual purchase or if my purchase was part of the group gift. The group gift was an eGift card, but when I went to pay, it was like I could choose which card I wanted to give. On the third try, the screens were different, and I could see I was contributing toward the group's gift.

GBComplete Frustration My credit card approved the purchase and it shows the charge on my credit card but your site states the charge was declined by my credit card and my credit card shows the charge was credited back to my card. That's complete nonsense. Complete frustration.

GBNever able to get purchase through Never able to get purchase through, extremely unreliable. I always get the "exceeded promo use" error even on brands I've never purchased before. None of the advertised promos ever work for me. Edit 4/17: Reached out to eGifter support email. 4/22: After multiple back and forth with eGifter support, I still cannot place any orders. They claim that I have exceeded promo limit but they are unable to provide any details on which account and which order triggered it. I am eager to continue the conversation, but they claimed that they are unable to help me further. I will leave this as a 1 star review for now
