Should be two stars Agents involved were very helpful and courteous with refii jet. Guided us through the process of approval, signing of forms, etc. for buying out our lease. There were some issues, however. After we accepted the quoted rate, the monthly payment increased by around $14 when we received the paperwork. Then. after our first payment was made, we received a call that the approval was being overturned due to a co-signer NOT being on the original lease. Never heard of such a thing and the lender and Hyundai didn’t seem to have a problem with it. So this four star rating is very generous.
