Easy communication Easy communication, good product. We got translation and subtitling done. Major downside was the translation done in formatted Word docs. When we reviewed them it difficult for most reviewers to make edits. This doubled the time of the editing process and frustrated our reviewers. VCC didn't seem to be able to help make the process easier. Wish this portion had been easier. Overall, a good team to work with that could be great with a few tweaks.

Brilliant! You should hire these people! I enthusiastically recommend this company! They completed my rather long transcription very quickly with an extremely high level of accuracy despite sometimes high ambient noise levels and faint voices. It was clearly performed by someone who cared about getting it right, and I really appreciate that. On top of that, they were just very nice people to communicate and work with.

Would definitely work with them again! The customer service team that I was working with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me felt taken care of. They also made everything effortless. I just provided them a download link to the footage that needed captioning and they gave me SRT caption files that synced perfectly.

Great Experience with Quick Response Time I had a great experience with Video Caption Corporation. They worked with me on what options I could do for my video. They also worked within the timeframe I gave them, and produced a great quality AD and CC super fast. My project had a lot of different people involved and took some time and back and forth emailing, but they stuck with me and helped me get what I needed. It was great!
