I appreciated the genuine empathy during the call. I am a trained Investigator and I could see the interest Coach Juan had in me. and he listened. I corrected him on my name and he corrected himself immediately. in talking to people, the beautiful thing a person can hear is their name said correctly.

Helpful and motivational coaching I thought the coaching calls were great and really helpful because I was able to see in real time if I was doing things correctly. It helped to hear other students questions and answers for things I didn’t think about myself.
