GBDon't wait any longer for Screenscape I researched Screenscape for the credit union I work for for several months before we took the leap. The only regret is that we did not make the move sooner. We have more control over the content we are creating, where we are creating it from, and how quickly we can make it active. I was home sick and needed to update the screens at 5 different locations. I pulled out my laptop, made a few keystrokes, and the changes were live all within a matter of minutes. Our old system would have taken several phone calls involving multiple departments and hours of work. NOT something you want to do when you are under the weather. GBLove the product; some tech glitches I love Screenscape ... we look so professional and our guests LOVE it. I've experience a couple ongoing minor tech challenges, like the box with the video content sometimes mysteriously goes blank. Also if our wifi goes down and then returns, Screenscape doesn't automatically reconnect. Both issues require me to climb on a ladder to reset the power to the unit which I'm not always available to go.
