My experience was very GOOD My experience was very GOOD. Wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me out.I phoned in order. I do not order things on i'net. Anyway, I made a huge mistake and realized it AFTER I hung up. Called back immediately and luckily the same person answered the phone. She was VERY sweet and gracious in spite of it being such a stupid mistake on my part. She made the necessary corrections without throwing out any criticisms my way. Thank you for that.
