One thing I am dissatisfied with is those rebate adjustments when challenging a competitor offers only apply to my account but are not changed for all users. "The best rebates on the market" is, therefore, a lie in this single scenario because you do not adjust it for all users unless they challenge the rate themselves. I dislike business practices like this. Finally, the support is amazing and rebates are paid - unfortunately only on Paypal (why not VISA?). Improve the previous points for a 5-star rating.
