Great way to scale capabilities Great way to scale our very small marketing team with some powerful design support. We've worked with Superside for several years now-- there was an initial onboarding phase as they helped us truly develop our brand, and now we are off to the races. As a small in-house team they really help us punch above our weight class.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service Absolutely TERRIBLE service Failed to deliver, walked off the job, promised the moon, and absolutely DID NOT bring "hassle free design" at all. If you are a founder or executive, stay away from this firm. Not only did they not deliver, but they had the nerve to ask for payment on something they did not do and even send a collector. Absolute worst experience with any professional services firm ever and very unlikely to change no matter what they tell you.

Our project POCs were consistently sending us updates and while we reviewed materials, they would follow up to make sure we could close out the project on time. My role changed a bit and Superside made it easy to transfer this project over to my colleague.
