After our onboarding call, that went into depth on how to make this partnership successful, we launched the project. Our project POCs were consistently sending us updates and while we reviewed materials, they would follow up to make sure we could close out the project on time. My role changed a bit and Superside made it easy to transfer this project over to my colleague.

GBAbsolutely TERRIBLE service Absolutely TERRIBLE service Failed to deliver, walked off the job, promised the moon, and absolutely DID NOT bring "hassle free design" at all. If you are a founder or executive, stay away from this firm. Not only did they not deliver, but they had the nerve to ask for payment on something they did not do and even send a collector. Absolute worst experience with any professional services firm ever and very unlikely to change no matter what they tell you.

GBGreat creative company to partner with As a company, we have worked with Superside for a number of years now, and they are an integral support for the team. We often use them for slide design, mailer design, and sometimes infograpgics. The communication from the superside team is always respectful and honest. We did prefer when they offered weekend hours too, but all in all, the service is great and a trusted partner of Legacy Strategic North.

GBSuperside has been a great partner Superside has been a great partner and has helped us continue to experiment and launch campaigns with fast turnaround times. The platform is easy to use as well which makes submitting projects fast and easy. The only thing that can be improved on is more engagement from our designer to share best practices or suggest new designs to help us push the boundaries a bit.
