GBAbsolutely TERRIBLE service Absolutely TERRIBLE service Failed to deliver, walked off the job, promised the moon, and absolutely DID NOT bring "hassle free design" at all. If you are a founder or executive, stay away from this firm. Not only did they not deliver, but they had the nerve to ask for payment on something they did not do and even send a collector. Absolute worst experience with any professional services firm ever and very unlikely to change no matter what they tell you.

They did what no other design agency could do: support a gigantic product rollout that changed the entirety of our company, all within about 3 months. Other agencies we spoke to said that they couldn't do that amount of work. But Superside gladly took us on and did an amazing job on branding, web design, email design, ads, and much more.
